Eligibility

- Production Manager (Grade C): B.Tech/BE (full-time regular) in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks, plus at least 10 years’ post-qualification experience in companies with PBR units, including a minimum of 5 years actually producing Polybutadiene Rubber. Upper age limit: 40 years.
- Senior Production Manager (Grade D): Same Chemical Engineering qualification as above, plus at least 14 years’ experience in companies with PBR units, including a minimum of 7 years in PBR production, at a senior/leadership level. Upper age limit: 44 years.
- Senior Manager, PBR-Marketing (Grade D): B.Tech/BE in any discipline with minimum 60% marks, OR a Science graduate with an MBA (both full-time regular courses), plus at least 14 years’ total experience with a minimum of 7 years in rubber or allied-product marketing, preferably with exposure to the tyre manufacturing industry. Upper age limit: 44 years.
Since all posts are Unreserved, no relaxation in eligibility criteria applies to any category, though EWS/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST candidates must still submit category documents for fee purposes.
