Educational Qualification
Associate Engineer Grade-I – Inspection (Mechanical / Metallurgical)
Candidates should possess a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized institution/university, subject to the conditions prescribed in the recruitment advertisement.
Associate Engineer Grade-I – Inspection (Electrical)
Candidates should possess a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) qualification in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution/university, subject to the conditions prescribed in the recruitment advertisement.

Experience Requirements
Mechanical / Metallurgical

A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required in inspection of electrical equipment such as switchboards, motors, transformers, alternators, synchronous generators, variable frequency drives, uninterrupted power supplies, electrical control systems, battery chargers, power/control cables and relevant electrical bulk items.
