Selection Process
Selection is through an Online Examination followed by a Personal Interview. The exam carries 100 marks – English Language, General Awareness (Banking focus), and post-specific Professional Knowledge, except for Post Code 01 (Manager – Branch Management) which skips the General Awareness section. Minimum qualifying marks in the exam are 35% for unreserved and 30% for reserved candidates. The Interview carries 100 marks, with minimum qualifying marks of 50% (unreserved) and 45% (reserved). The final merit list is prepared using 80% weightage to the Online Examination and 20% weightage to the Interview.
