Eligibility
Eligibility varies by post. Foreman posts require the relevant Diploma in Engineering with minimum 55% marks. Junior Superintendent (HR) requires a Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations with minimum 50% marks in each and proficiency in personal computer operations. Operator (Chemical) requires B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks. Technician posts require Matriculation with ITI Tradesmanship or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant trade. The prescribed post-qualification experience must be acquired after completing the qualifying course. The upper age limit is 32 years for specified S-5 posts and 30 years for specified S-3 and Trainee posts, with applicable relaxations as per BCPL rules.

Selection Process
The selection process may consist of Skill Test, Proficiency Test, Endurance Test and/or Written Test, as applicable to the post. Depending on the number of applications, the company may use a single-stage or multiple-stage process and may prescribe higher shortlisting standards. Candidates selected through the prescribed process must also satisfy the required medical fitness standards.
