Eligibility
Candidates must possess an MBA, MBA (Marketing), or Post Graduate Diploma in Management/Marketing from a recognised Management Institute or University. A minimum of one year of experience in direct sales is required, with preference given to candidates having Media Sales experience. Candidates should be below 35 years of age as on 07 September 2026. Candidates should also have good communication skills, sound knowledge of sales practices, strong soft skills and the ability to work towards revenue targets. Fluency in English is required and knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

Selection Process
