• Senior Operations Manager – Mental Health: Post-specific qualification and relevant mental-health/operations experience as prescribed by HLL. Maximum age 45 years.
• Assistant General Manager – Mental Health: Post-specific professional qualification and relevant experience in mental health/healthcare operations. Maximum age 50 years.
• Assistant General Manager – Lifepath: Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing and relevant experience in healthcare skilling, capacity-building projects or training operations. Maximum age 50 years.
• Associate General Manager – Allied Healthcare Services: Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing and relevant experience in healthcare, medical education or public health programmes. Maximum age 50 years.
• Associate General Manager – Consumer Goods: MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing with relevant FMCG, consumer healthcare, OTC or personal healthcare product experience. Maximum age 50 years.
• Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager – Learning & Development: MBA/PGDM in HR with relevant Learning & Capability Development experience. Maximum age 45 years.
• Manager – Legal: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised University/Institution with relevant corporate legal experience. Maximum age 40 years.
• Deputy General Manager / Deputy Vice President – Pharma Retail: Graduation in B.Pharm/B.Tech with MBA in Marketing/Operations Management and relevant pharmacy-retail/regional-sales experience. Maximum age varies by level.
• Deputy General Manager – IT: Relevant IT qualification and experience as prescribed by HLL. Maximum age 45 years.
• Deputy Vice President / Associate Vice President – HR: Relevant HR qualification and senior HR experience as prescribed. Maximum age 50 years.
• Deputy Vice President – Secretarial: Relevant Secretarial/ACS qualification and experience as prescribed. Maximum age 50 years.
• Associate Vice President – Civil: Relevant Civil Engineering qualification and experience as prescribed. Maximum age 50 years.
• Associate Vice President – Finance: Relevant finance qualification such as CA/CMA/ICMAI as prescribed, with required senior-level experience. Maximum age 50 years.
• Vice President & Chief Financial Officer: Relevant finance qualification and extensive senior-level experience as prescribed. Maximum age 50 years, with relaxation up to 55 years subject to the prescribed excess experience conditions.
• Vice President – Pharma Retail: Relevant qualification and extensive pharma-retail experience. Maximum age 52 years, with relaxation up to 57 years subject to the prescribed excess experience conditions.
• Vice President – Product Marketing: MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing with extensive healthcare product-marketing experience. Maximum age 52 years, with relaxation up to 57 years subject to the prescribed excess experience conditions.

SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per applicable Government of India directives. Candidates should read the official notification carefully for the exact qualification, experience and post-wise conditions before applying.

The selection process consists of Interview and Document Verification as prescribed by HLL Lifecare Limited.
