Bank of India (BOI) has released the notification for recruitment of Officers in various Specialist streams up to Scale IV under Project No. 2026-27/02 dated 01 August 2026. A total of 205 vacancies have been announced across 48 posts, including Chief Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, Officer, Law Officer, Fire Officer, Security Officer and Civil Engineer posts.

Eligibility
Educational qualification and experience requirements vary according to the post. Candidates must satisfy the prescribed qualification, professional certification and post-qualification experience requirements as on 01 August 2026.
- IT / Digital / Technology Posts: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication or related disciplines, or MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT, as prescribed for the concerned post.
- Law Officer: Graduate in Law from a recognised University.
- Fire Officer: Prescribed Fire Engineering / Safety & Fire Engineering qualification from a recognised institution.
- Security Officer: Graduation from a recognised University or equivalent along with the prescribed computer qualification/experience requirements.
- Civil Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institution with minimum 60% marks.
- Several specialist posts require mandatory professional certifications and relevant post-qualification experience.

Selection Process
- Online Examination: English Language – 25 marks (qualifying only) and Professional Knowledge relevant to the post – 100 marks.
- The composite duration of the online examination is 100 minutes.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 35% for General/EWS candidates and 30% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
- Personal Interview: Maximum 100 marks.
- Interview qualifying marks are 50% for General/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
- Final selection is based on combined Online Examination and Interview performance in a 60:40 weightage.
- The Bank may, at its discretion, select candidates through Interview alone for particular posts.
