• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent. Proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating RRB is essential. Working knowledge of Computer is desirable.
• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent. Preference is given to specified disciplines mentioned in the notification. Local language proficiency is required.
• Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and relevant experience as prescribed.
• Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers: Post-specific educational qualification and relevant experience are required for IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing and Agriculture posts.
• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

For Officers, the interview carries 100 marks and the relative weightage of Online Examination and Interview is 80:20.
